Daily Mobility Digest ("we", "us") publishes this site. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Email signups. When you ask for the email edition we store your email address, the page you signed up on, the time, and the exact consent sentence you saw. We store nothing else about you. We send nothing until the email edition launches, and the first message then asks you to confirm.
  • Bot protection. The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Analytics. If Google Analytics is enabled on this site and you have not declined, it sets cookies to count visits and pages viewed. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off. A banner lets you decline; declining stops the tag from loading and your choice is kept in your browser.
  • Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records requests (IP address, user agent, URL) for security and operations and keeps them briefly.

How we use it

To send you the email edition if and when it launches, to count how many readers have asked for it, and to see which pages are read. Nothing else.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share the list. Providers that process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot protection) and, if enabled, Google (analytics). When the email edition launches, the sending provider will be named here before the first message goes out.

Your choices

  • Email hello@quiethourspartners.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.
  • Decline analytics with the banner, or clear your browser storage to be asked again.
  • Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide, including to know, delete and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). We honor requests from authorized agents with proof of authority.

Children

This site is for adults in the mobility industry and the people who use the equipment. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new date. Material changes to how the list is used will be emailed to the list before they take effect.
