Rehab Medical is a complex rehab technology (CRT) provider headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. It supplies custom manual and power wheelchairs, seating and related equipment, with assistive technology professionals (ATPs) and insurance staff handling evaluations and funding. The company was founded in 2005 as a durable medical equipment provider and later shifted to CRT. Its locations page lists 38 offices and says it serves 19 states. Its leadership page says it has helped more than 200,000 mobility users. HME News reported a staff of more than 100 ATPs in March 2025.

Ownership

Rehab Medical is privately held and does not publish revenue. President Kevin Gearheart told HME News in February 2026 that growth “comes from operating revenue,” and the paper described the company as the only non-investor-backed CRT provider of its size. Patrick McGinley is CEO.
